Redemption:
- The voucher is valid for a one-time redemption.

- This gift voucher is uniquely identified by a reference ID code.
- It may only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher will not be replaced if lost and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Redemption Process:
- The gift voucher must be quoted at the time of reservation.
- It must be presented upon arrival for the experience redemption.
- Photocopies of the original voucher will not be accepted.
